Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of DeskPilot ("the App"), a macOS application. By purchasing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, for personal or internal business use. The App is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Payments

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles payment, billing, and the collection of applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. DeskPilot is a one-time purchase; there is no recurring subscription.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the App does not work for you. To request a refund, email xoevip@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent its license checks, or interfere with its normal operation.

5. Permissions

The App requests macOS Accessibility permission solely to send desktop-switching keyboard shortcuts when you click a desktop label. It does not record keystrokes or monitor your input. You may revoke this permission at any time in System Settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. macOS does not provide a stable public API for switching Spaces; the App relies on system keyboard shortcuts and behavior may vary across macOS versions and configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
